1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using this portal (https://oceanliaison.com), or by placing inquiries, quotes, or trade orders with Ocean Liaison Global Maritime & Logistics, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must cease using our portal immediately.

2. Products & Trade Offerings

Ocean Liaison specializes in the import-export trade of high-quality dehydrated and leaf powders.

• All products (Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Moringa Powder, Fennel Powder) are processed and packed according to global quality standards.
• Varieties, packages, and technical specifications detailed on our portal represent our baseline catalog. Custom packaging requests or specific quality certifications must be agreed upon in writing prior to shipment.
• We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and varieties, but reserve the right to modify specifications without prior notice to reflect seasonal agricultural variations.

3. Inquiry, Quotation & Contracts

Submitting an inquiry through the contact form does not form a binding contract.

• Upon receiving your request, our desk provides a competitive commercial quotation detailing unit prices, minimum order quantities (MOQs), terms of payment, and delivery timeline.
• Formal sales contracts are only established when a written Purchase Order (PO) or Proforma Invoice (PI) is signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
• Prices quoted are subject to change to match shifts in raw agricultural material costs, currency fluctuations, ocean freight tariffs, and port charges.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Customs

Unless stated otherwise, shipping execution conforms to the International Chamber of Commerce (Incoterms 2020) terms specified in our trade agreements (e.g., FOB, CIF, CFR):

• Ocean Liaison is responsible for export compliance documentation, customs clearance at the loading port, and carrier delivery as agreed.
• The buyer is responsible for import customs duties, tax declarations, compliance check clearances, and local inland delivery at the destination port, unless otherwise contracted under DDP terms.
• While we partner with major shipping lines (e.g., MAERSK, MSC, CMA CGM) to ensure on-time delivery, Ocean Liaison is not liable for transport delays caused by maritime congestion, carrier scheduling changes, customs holdups, or force majeure events.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ocean Liaison and its directors, employees, or trade partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or any delay, loss, or spoilage of shipped products during transit. Our maximum cumulative liability for any trade shipment shall not exceed the invoice price paid for that specific order.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and all commercial trade relationships between Ocean Liaison and our clients shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms to incorporate new products, operations protocols, or legal adjustments. Continued use of our portal or placement of inquiries after terms updates are published indicates your compliance with the revised terms.
